		<description>very interesting post.   i have personally observed that shy people do have heightened sensitivity to circumstances.  they have expressed this to me many times.  the interesting part is that shy people do not realize that non shy people do not react this way.  to recognize this and find a way to deal with this is  challenge for shy people.</description>
